SERIAL PRODUCTION

Cost-effective precision in large quantities.

Our specialty is the series production of sophisticated aluminum die-cast parts with unit weights of 0.1 – 6.0 kg. Thanks to our many years of experience in vacuum technology, we guarantee you high-quality, void-free, pressure- and oil-tight casting. We produce high-precision electrical sheets or stamping packages in diameters of up to 280 mm on our high-performance, high-speed presses.

CONTINUOUS QUALITY TESTING

As an integral part of our quality management, we carry out production-related tests for all work steps.

Through our certified quality assurance system, we guarantee reliable and consistent quality. With suitable testing equipment, measuring equipment and 3D measuring machines, critical components are effectively monitored for functionality and dimensional accuracy.
