For example, the use of existing series components can save considerable costs and resources. So that you can benefit from this information advantage, our own internal design office is at your side from the planning stage through the entire design phase with advice and, of course, action.

Every good result is preceded by precise development.

​

We manufacture prototypes from your 3D data, volume or surface models using rapid prototyping or investment casting processes as well as punched parts using laser cutting. In close cooperation between our design office and toolmaking department, the tools are sampled, optimized and brought to series production in our stamping shop and casting laboratory. Our experts work hand in hand from mold and tool making to the ready-to-assemble casting, punched, deburred and CNC-machined.

Cost-effective precision in large quantities.

Our specialty is the series production of sophisticated aluminium die-cast parts with unit weights of 0.1 - 6.0 kg. Thanks to our many years of experience in vacuum technology, we can guarantee you void-free, pressure-tight and oil-tight castings of the highest quality. We use our high-performance high-speed presses to produce high-precision electrical sheets or stamping packs in diameters of up to 280 mm.

As an integral part of our quality management, we carry out inspections during production for all work steps.

Our certified quality assurance system enables us to guarantee reliable and consistent quality. Critical components are effectively monitored for functionality and dimensional accuracy using suitable testing equipment, measuring devices and 3D measuring machines.

In order to be able to react to market situations, we offer you maximum flexibility through consignment or buffer stock as well as just-in-time or Kanban deliveries.

Our sites have a high-performance machine park with 17 die-casting machines with clamping forces of 300 to 900 tons and 4 high-performance high-speed presses with punching capacities of 110 - 250 tons.
