Metallwarenfabrik Gemmingen GmbH was founded in 1961. In the same year, production of stamped and die-cast parts for the electrical industry commenced. Shortly thereafter, the production of the entire IEC standard motor series began, along with the development of complete solutions for electric motor construction.
