  • Paragon and partner become a major owner of the Metallwarenfabrik Gemmingen GmbH & Co. KG. The company becomes GmbH

2006

  • Takeover of the MATA hand-spot light production
  • Foundation of GEKO Shanghai Power Generating System with production of components for gensets and sales office for Asian  markets

2000

  • Takeover of the spot-light, Telescop tripod, cable drums, from Robert Bosch GmbH (accessories for public authorities and organizations in protection sections, named BOS)

1998

  • Takeover of the genset production from Robert Bosch GmbH and renaming to the original name EISEMANN

1991

  • Foundation of the die casting factory Fem Müvek Kisber Kft

  • Expansion of the manufacturing area for 2.000m2

  • Start of the new production of „GEKO Gensets"

  • Connecting electro sheets through welding

  • Start of die casting production in Gemmingen, Germany
